Owner and Principal Broker

Janyce has over 20 years of real estate experience, specializing in investment properties and property management. She believes strongly in careful maintenance of her owners' investments. Janyce is dedicated to providing the best in service for her clients 365 days a year. She has well earned the title given by one owner: "the property manager from heaven".

Janyce is also a licensed tax consultant. She participates in the buying and selling of investment properties for her clients and meets all potential owners and views each new property personally.

Jill Bender
Associate Broker, GRI

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Jill has been involved in property management and selling real estate since 1995.
